The New Division has returned with a brand new release! The first single of 2022, “Circles” is a hazy, brooding, and of course, synthy dream of a track written during the latter half of 2021 touching on themes of life, death and isolation; something we all can relate to lately.
“Circles” is the fifth single off of TND’s highly-anticipated upcoming release following “Soft Sell,” “System Shock,” “Stateside,” and “Sequence.” We’re sensing an “S” theme here!
Best listened to with headphones, “Circles” subtly delves deep into the dark matter while delighting listeners with TND’s signature synthwave sound.
“The song is about the struggle of learning to remove and separate yourself from whatever’s holding you back in life. In this case, the subject deals with isolation, which, as we all know, probably isn’t healthy,” shared frontman John Kunkel.
