It’s been a hot minute since we last heard from Chain Gang of 1974 but the wait is over for new music and there’s a new era upon us – the first since 2020’s Honey Moon Drips!
New track, “Forever Your Star,” is the first Chain Gang release since early 2023 and it was definitely worth the wait!
Swirling 90’s alternative soundscapes married with lyrical longing make “Forever Your Star” the perfect introduction into this new era and we cannot wait to see what’s next. Dreaming of that vinyl!
“This is the first new piece of music in over 3 years and I couldn’t be more excited to give this to all of you today,” shared Kamtin Mohager in a social media post. “Sometimes in life, you have to walk away from something in order to remember how much you love it. Thank you for being by my side for the past 20 years. 2026 will be full of new music. This is only the beginning.”
