[WATCH] Em Beihold – “12345”

Pop songstress, Em Beihold, is such a delight. The singer/songwriter just released her new EP, Egg In The Backseat, this past July and she’s proving to be a top artist to watch.

From songs about overthinking love to panic attacks to everyday bouts of anxiety, Beihold knows how to write a hook and deliver it with such poise and humor that it’s impossible not to love her relatable energy.

Due to popular demand, the singer just released a music video for panic attack anthem, “12345” and it’s a must-see! Derived from the counting method during a panic attack where you think of 1 thing you can taste, 2 things you can smell, 3 things you can hear, 4 things you can feel and 5 things you can see, “12345” is like a hand to hold during such attacks. Put this one on to activate all the good feels!
