[LISTEN] Jazz Morley – “Me and My Mind”

If you fell in love with Jazz Morley’s “Safe Place” last summer, you’re going to adore her new track, “Me and My Mind.”

“Me and My Mind” deals with the pains of mental health and how to confront those issues head on by deciding that they do not define you. Taken from Morley’s debut EP, Every Moment, due out soon, “Me and My Mind” is a soft, relatable anthem designed to soothe and heal those who may be hurting while opening up one’s eyes to the options they never discovered.

“‘Me and My Mind’ is about struggling with mental health, but being positive that the issues you face don’t define you and the way you can sometimes feel won’t ever defeat you. Sometimes it feels as though my mind and I are two separate people co-habiting inside one body. The only way to deal with that is to try and maintain as platonic relationship between them as possible, and concentrate on taking each day as it comes.”
