[Daily Discovery] – Pale Waves

There is still some time left before the four day Easter Bank Holiday blues kicks back in tomorrow. Instead of crying about it, why not spend it on activities that bring joy like discovering new tunes for the dreaded morning commute hours?

We don’t know much about Pale Waves besides hailing from Manchester, the four-piece has already caught the attention of George and Matty from The 1975 who produced their debut single “There’s A Honey.” While that is already quite impressive to start out with, there is so much more to this band.

Pretty sure all of your favourite 80-90’s teen cult movies have that one underrated goth weirdo character that you loved yet, is always kept on the side by the creators. Ever wondered what are they up to outside of school? Well, it’s their time to shine and Pale Waves are the musical epitome of such rare phenomenon. Their debut is infectious and the aesthetics are to die for – new romantic goth kids, unite!
