[LISTEN] Evan Bieber – “Table For One”

Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter, Evan Bieber (formerly known as Fading Out) has released his newest offering, “Table For One,” today and it’s definitely resonating.

Delving into themes of loneliness and disconnection set to a nostalgic 90’s meets-early-aughts soundtrack, “Table For One” hits home for those struggling with the inner turmoil of searching for a sense of belonging.

“‘Table For One’ is a really special song for me. I actually wrote the song based on a painting from 1927 by Edward Hopper called Automat, which depicts a woman sitting alone at a coffee shop at night,” shared Bieber. “This painting inspired me to write a story around her emotions and surroundings. While initially centered on a fictional character, the lyrics resonate with my own experiences of loneliness. My hope is that listeners can find a connection to ‘Table For One’ and maybe it will help them feel less alone.”
