Inspired by contemporaries Washed Out, Blood Orange and Jai Paul, “M2K” is a fitting way to declare their mark in the music world. High energy and full of lush synths for days, “M2K” is only the beginning and a definite shoo-in for future sampling and playlist features!

“Being the first session we worked on together, naturally it made sense to offer up ‘M2K’ as the first single from high jump. It sets a foundation for the project’s sound, capturing the energy and motion we want the music to convey, along with the project name too. Thematically, the tune digs into over-nostalgia and how this can affect our appreciation of the present, where we all long for our time and freedom to remain.”
