Back in 2011, Los Angeles synthpop band, DWNTWN, released a pretty badass mixtape titled, Midnight Ride. The neo-disco, Daft Punk-esque jam that is “Compact Disco” was a part of that mixtape but was considered for a place in the band’s upcoming fourth EP but sadly didn’t make it. Luckily for us, the band decided to release it anyway for some epic night-drive escapades. Enjoy!
