Brooklyn power-pop duo, Fake Guns, recently released their first single, “Blue,” and it’s definitely a summer gem. With a chorus like, “Need an expressway out side my skull / Follow the sound waves from the stereo / Outside of this place life’s beautiful,” one can’t help but get the need to up and leave everything that’s making you miserable and just drive. Needless to say, this one’s going to be on repeat for a while.
