[Pick Of The Week] COIN – “Simple Romance”

Our boys COIN are back to dazzle us with new music! In spring 2019, the band will release their follow-up to 2017’s How Will You Know If You Never Try, and first single, “Simple Romance” takes things a step further than what fans might have been expecting from the Nashville alt-pop band.

The notion of the band’s signature infectious ear candy is still alive and well as they dive into the complications of life, love, and the the uncertainties both can bring. The kings of teasers, the band cryptically shared hints about the new track and album last week, killing listeners in suspense in the process.

“We often don’t realize how much work it really takes. Love isn’t as simple as a feeling. It takes time, space, thought, decision, acceptance. At the time we wrote this, I was almost romanticizing the idea of romance itself. Love is easy, but staying in love is an art,” shared singer Chase Lawrence.

One thing is for certain: we are so ready for the next era of COIN!
