[LISTEN] Foreign Air – “Loud Magic”

Foreign Air is a Washington, D.C.-based alternative duo that’s ready to take the world by storm with their dazzling synths and high-buzz dark beats.

With new track, “Loud Magic,” the duo continue their penchant for nefarious, metaphysical anthems. An unlikely source – Michael Jordan – was the main inspiration for the track’s hook, vocalist Jesse Clasen explains:

“I grew up watching the Bulls as a kid in the 90’s. I had giant inspirational posters of him on my wall. I wanted to capture that spirit in the chorus, that moment when the score is tied, you’re exhausted, and you just put up the last shot at the buzzer.”

With lyrics that tackle the topic between reality and illusion, “Loud Magic” hits hard and fits the vibe for an underground/garage party. Exuberant and dark, this single comes just in time for their current leg of tour dates supporting Bishop Briggs.
