[LISTEN] flor – “Nosedive”

Indie-pop trio, flor, have been basking in the glow of a new chapter, and it may be needless to say, but independence looks good on them!

Following the October release of “Same Color As The Sun” and the swoon-worthy surprise release of “Warm Blood Pt. 2,” the band’s new track, “Nosedive” is an all-too-relatable gem that is sure to be a crowd favorite in no time.

Diving into the emotional turmoil that often comes with a low self-esteem spiral, “Nosedive” takes listeners on a journey of not feeling supported when you’re at your lowest.

I was inspired to write ‘Nosedive’ after a particularly bad night of low self esteem and low confidence,” shares vocalist Zach Grace. “I wanted to write a song that dug right into the awful feelings I was having and not beat around the bush at all — which is typically what I do when I write. Everyone has moments where they feel their worst. The hardest part of that is how it feels like everyone around you has given up on you as much as you’ve given up on yourself. It’s a gut-wrenching song that explores the intrusive thoughts that try to make me feel worthless.”
