WAVE & ROME – “Across The Map”

Ever since WAVE & ROME‘s “Across The Map” was delivered to my inbox a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been hitting repeat. A Nashville based indie project led by Sam Tinnesz with co-writer and co-producer Josh Farro, (yes, of Paramore) the duo formed a creative mutual bond over a desire to depart from the limitations of any specific genre, leaving past influences and tastes behind.

“Across The Map” is one of those tracks you can easily listen to whilst daydreaming, traveling, etc. With hopeful lyrics, “Somewhere across the map, I know you’re looking back,” one can’t help but imagine the possibilities that lie ahead. WAVE & ROME’s debut EP is set to be released this summer. Until then, enjoy “Across The Map” and its accompanying remixes.
