[WATCH] SWIMM Share Video for “Beverly Hells”

I can’t believe it’s not Fabio!

Ambient-folk duo, SWIMM, have shared their new video for “Beverly Hells,” – a tale of moving to LA from Florida that I’m sure will be catching on pretty soon, and a title I think that fits the bubble of LA perfectly. Think The War on Drugs meets hippie-folk at its best. An EP is set to follow sometime this year.

Chris Hess, one half of the on-the-rise duo offered the following on the video:

“It gets a tad exhausting trying to create the perfect brand thing; that is obviously a huge part of being in a band, so I thought it might be nice to have our beloved beefcake, Miles, be the ‘face of SWIMM’ and simultaneously be the physical embodiment of the looming antagonist of ‘Beverly Hells.’ “Of course, [that antagonist] is Hollywood. Ironically, Miles is one of the most refreshingly positive humans we’ve met since we moved to L.A. last year.”
