After what seems like an eternity of teasers and hints, Lorde has finally emerged from the ashes with new music and a video for her newest release, “Green Light.” Along with this new track, Lorde has also announced her new album, Melodrama, which will be released later this summer.
“Green Light” is already so different than what we are used to hearing from Lorde. It starts off slow but soon switches into an electrifying song riddled with feelings of heartbreak but paired with a beat that makes you want to dance it all out. I already have a feeling her new album will be a summer hit for sure.
