Hot off the release of the band’s debut album, In Our Bones, Against The Current have graced us with yet another killer video to add to their résumé with my personal favorite track, “Wasteland.” As lush scenery engulfs our vision, we’re brought through a dark fairy-tale-esque dream as singer Chrissy Costanza makes her way through, well, a wasteland of her imagination. I was expecting a villain in disguise as a prince but this shall do as it still displays the notion of running from something you know is bad for you yet you kind of like it.
“You’re the sweetest kiss but a bad trip.”
