LA’s Smoke Season are known for their innovative music videos but this time I think they’ve cooked up a major winner. “Loose” – a breathtaking look into the lives of LGBT teens – serves as the first chapter in the band’s short film series and upcoming EP of the same name, Ouroboros.
Marking the band’s most rewarding project yet with VMA-nominated APLUSFILMZ, “Loose” follows Samantha (Emmy-nominated actress Lexi Ainsworth) and Hannah (played by Nicole Fox – winner of America’s Next Top Model) as they navigate the unfortunate trials of bullying and secrecy associated with LGBT relationships – which often leads to teen suicide.
The remaining 3 videos are set to be released in 2016 accompanied by the Ouroboros EP. I can’t get this video out of my head and I’m sure once you give it a spin below there will be no question as to why it’s our Pick Of The Week.
