[LISTEN] SLØTFACE – “Bright Lights”

One listen to “Bright Lights” by SLØTFACE and you’ll be catapulted back to a time when music videos ruled MTV and alternative rock ruled the airwaves. As brooding as it is gritty, “Bright Lights” is a refreshing indie pop-punk track about distracting yourself from personal issues – something we all search for from time to time.

Singer Haley Shea stated, “‘Bright Lights’ is about escaping from things that are going on in your own head and in society in general by distracting yourself, especially from the minor and major personal issues we all have. It’s about a desire for escape, and a break from dealing with things that might seem too hard.”
