San Jose pop up-and-comer, Michael McEachern, will tug on the heartstrings of fans of Troye Sivan, Halsey and Selena Gomez, without a doubt! The singer recently released his new single, “Money Money Money,” and we’re pretty sure it needs a spot on Top 40 radio!
McEachern describes the inspiration behind the track:
“‘MONEY MONEY MONEY’ was one of those songs that basically wrote itself –– I think start to finish we were done writing it within ten minutes. Thinking back, I was probably subliminally writing it for weeks beforehand though. There was a short time after college when I worked at the mall; selling outrageously expensive shoes to people who didn’t need them. It was the worst. Totally a soul-sucking job. But without it, I don’t think I would have this song. So I guess it pays to be poor sometimes.”
