[LISTEN] Katie Buxton – “You Flew”

Indie/folk singer-songwriter, Katie Buxton, hit me right in the feels with her new single, “You Flew.” The Nashville artist describes the track as, “…about caring deeply for someone who is not ready to love or be loved and runs out of fear, and focuses especially on the process of learning to let go.”

Buxton has a pretty impressive story – from picking up the guitar at age 12 and writing her first song to attending Berklee University and playing the ASCAP Writers Showcase last fall. This girl is definitely going places and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for her!

“What is love if you have to beg for it? Nearly killed me just hoping for it.”
