I’ve been pretty fascinated with Halsey for about a month now after devouring her Room 93 EP. I know, I’m late to the party. The wait for her debut album, Badlands, has been pretty excruciating but with the release of new track, “New Americana,” things seem to be looking up for fans craving more.
The singer describes how rich culture doesn’t seem to impress her (you gotta love her) and how badass it was to be raised on 90’s MTV with Biggie and Nirvana. Can’t agree more.
