I think it’s safe to say that Dark Waves, the project of singer/songwriter Nick Long, is a perfectly sculpted enigma. After the release of his self-titled debut EP last year featuring singles, “I Don’t Wanna Be In Love” and “The Heartbeat The Soul,” fans have been eagerly awaiting new music. New track released this week, “Diamonds In The Dark” gives us everything a Dark Waves song embodies – dark, honest lyrical content with a sexy night-time drive-esque backing track. Goosebumps are inevitable.
