[LISTEN] Crescendo – “Haunted”

It’s all starting to happen for LA three-piece, Crescendo, and I am so excited for them! The band, comprised of Gregory Cole, Olive Kimoto and Jess Krichelle are getting ready to unleash their sophomore record, Unless, on February 19 via We Were Never Being Boring and second sneak-peak track, “Haunted,” is dark, dreamy and everything you need on this gorgeous December day.

Bearing a striking resemblance to my life lately, “Haunted” is “about the way in which we may love from a distance so intensely until these people turn into a mirage of our own idealizations, the resulting harsh hand of reality brushing against our delusions, and the lingering feelings of longing that seem so inescapable,” Kimoto recently told NYLON. “Really, it’s about grasping so tightly onto something we know cannot exist, a dream that can never be ours to have.”
