For San Diego’s Bondurant, it all started when the singer discovered Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” on MTV. Bondurant spent the rest of his youth and early adulthood practicing, writing and soon gracing many stages in SD, quickly becoming a major player in the local music scene.
