LA psych-pop artist, Julian Jasper, is gearing up for the release of his debut EP, 2AM, Chinatown / I Don’t Mind (Expanded Edition), on May 5 and if the two teaser tracks are any indication, this very well may be the beginning of the career of indie-rock royalty. With a classic sound evoking times past with a genuine modern-day vibe, Jasper is set to be the go-to artist for lazy Sundays spent listening to vinyl with a cup of coffee. After all, his Facebook page describes his sound as, “smooth dad rock” but we’ll beg to differ!
