LA indie-pop duo, Wayfarers, just might be music’s best kept secret…but not if we have anything to do with it. Comprised of Katie Cecil and Anthony Purpura, the duo specializes in feel-good anthems and catchy melodies guaranteed to get stuck in your head with just one listen. You might remember Cecil from Disney girl-power band, KSM, which ultimately led me to discover her new venture through the power of social media and now I’m wishing we covered them sooner!
Forming about a year ago and with only three tracks under their belt as of late, one can only hope there’s more on the horizon. From the bouncy nature of “Just Our Style,” the unforgettable sounds of “Follow The Leader” to recent track, “The New Original,” each track takes you somewhere different and hopefully, in time, that place will be on a tour near you!
